Amazon Glow is a kid-focused video calling device, designed to connect children with remote loved ones. With its interactive projector and camera technologies, Glow blends the physical and digital world, allowing children to read and play with family and friends as if they are in the same room together.
As one of the first UX Designers on the project, I drove the design for many of Glow’s foundational features, and helped launch Glow as a new-to-world product. I led the design for Glow flagship activities, such as Reading, Disney Animated Stories, and Jigsaw Puzzle, which consistently rank as some of Glow’s most popular experiences. I was also part of the Glow Innovation Team, which was responsible for conceptualizing and prototyping new product features, and pitching to stakeholders.
